Rayko Batista is a seasoned artist, producer, and A&R professional with over 20 years of experience playing guitar and working in the music industry. He began his journey as a guitarist in multiple bands, including one that toured the Vans Warped Tour for three consecutive years. His deep passion for artist development led him to scout talent for Epidemic Sound, where he discovered Laldito, a Latin pop artist now ranked among NPR’s top five Tiny Desk contenders. Rayko also independently produced and released the track “Price” through Warner Brothers, curating its lineup and overseeing every stage of production.

As a featured artist on Diego Torres’ Grammy-nominated album Atlántico a Pie, Rayko contributed to two singles and toured extensively across South America. He later collaborated with Luis Enrique and Leonid Agutin on the single “Así de Lento,” showcasing his versatility across genres. Rayko produces out of Miami Recording Studios, where he partners with an experienced in-house team to develop full-scale projects. A dedicated educator and Recording Academy member, he also devotes 20 hours a week to mentoring underserved youth through The Motivational Edge.
